Dear Valued Patients,
During these unprecedented times, your health is our top priority. We know you may have questions and we want you to know that we are taking the following actions to ensure your safety:
- For the time being, we are postponing non-essential in-person appointments until further notice. Patients with existing appointments will be contacted and rescheduled as necessary. We will not abandon our patients. We will continue to serve your needs for as long as it is safe to do so.
- We are offering telehealth (video) consultations and appointments upon request. Please call the office or submit a virtual consultation inquiry to request a video consultation.
- Our facility is always highly sterile and clean, however, we have been taking extra precautions during this time and adhering strictly to all guidelines and recommendations issued by the CDC and OSHA. Patients who will be seen in-office can rest assured that all possible precautions are being taken by the BPSS staff to ensure their safety.
- We are screening all patients for risk of COVID-19 and are rescheduling patients who have symptoms that may indicate possible infection.
We encourage everyone to be cautious and calm. We will continue to be here for you every step of the way. Our commitment to the health and safety of our patients, our team and our community remains our top priority. We will continue to keep you updated through emails and social media channels.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
